Our Fremont Clear Braces & Invisalign Services
Do you rarely smile with your teeth showing when posing for pictures? Are you jealous of your friends who seem to have the perfect smiles? Is it a chore brushing and flossing your teeth? If you answered yes to any of these questions, it is time to do something. While you may be reluctant to get your crooked teeth fixed because you don't want to wear braces, Liberty Dental offers an alternative aligner system, Invisalign® to improve your smile without the discomfort or metallic smile of traditional braces.
How Does Invisalign® Work?
Unlike traditional wire braces, Invisalign® uses a series of clear plastic aligners which are custom made to gently move your teeth into the desired position. The aligners are worn for 22 hours each day to achieve proper placement and will change aligners every two weeks. Patients will visit Dr. Gulati every six to eight weeks to check on the progression and obtain additional sets of aligners. Invisalign® is most often used to treat patients with mild to moderate alignment issues.
The Benefits of Clear BracesComfort and Convenience
- Wire braces can cause a certain amount of pain and discomfort, but you'll never have to worry about that with Invisalign®. Because the aligners are easily removed, eating, brushing, and flossing are less troublesome as with metal braces and wires. The clear aligners are appreciated by adults and teens who want to avoid the visibility of braces. Less Treatment Time
- Our Invisalign® dentist in Fremont will have you come into the office every six to eight weeks to check on progress and give you the next sets of aligners. Because there are no brackets, wires or bands to break or lose, Invisalign® patients will find that they go to see Dr. Gulati less often than if they wore traditional braces.
